importing, "login as user who initiated the action"

Hi,

I'm trying to install an addon in vbulletin 3.6. When I click 'import' from the admin control panel it prompts me to enter my license number. I then get 'please login as the user who initiated the action' above a login window. It seems that whoever I login as (the admin account who installed vbulletin, my admin account), I still receive this message.

Any clues?
