Can I insert the forumhome or index into an html page?

I have a very nice site with the header and footer and side bar and I have an empty table that is about 600 pixels in width.
I want to stick the forum in that table.
Can it be done with an include script or something?

I dont want include the header and footer into vb cause I also have a side bar on the site.
I want the forum to snap right into that table. I will take off the forum logo and header and just keep the basic forumhome.

any idea?
