Yeah, I'd recommend on locking everything down super tight.

Precaution: Change passwords, check your security, etc..

So everybody should change their PWs or just admin or what? These people suck. And only admin PWs or everything (like servers and so on) And is there anything I can do now to make our site safer?

Make sure your admin cp is set to something different besides default, .htaccess protect it. All admins change their passwords. Change FTP passwords and MySQL passwords. Make a back up.

Check your server logs to see if anyone has been logging in as admin. Warn your host as well.

I agree in the advice to add a .htaccess security. And make sure it has a different password then the one that you are using for your forum-account.
It's better to give every moderator a seperated password instead of using one password for all of them.

Thanks everyone. All admin and mods have changed (or are changing) their passwords. Noone has the same PW (that I know of LOL) and only 3 of us have access to FTP and our server control panel. And those PWs have been changed a few times (one just recently too)
I will do all the other stuff now

its an archive for defaced sites, those "ONHOLD" have been hacked/defaced and are in a que for being check that they have indeed been hacked before the go on the defaced list
