Help with installing

Ok, I'm at a point where, according to the directions, I need to import "./includes/xml/product-ibproarcade.xml" in the "Plugin & Product" area on the admin cp.

When I try to do so, I get a message that says no file is found.

What is wrong, and how do I fix it?

Please keep in mind that this is the first hack I've ever tried to install.

if you uploaded everything correct, it shoudl find it. Otherwise import it from your local HDD...
