Hello ladies and gents!
Here ( http://boards.cityofvillains.com || http://boards.cityofheroes.com ) are two ubbthread style templates for a game I like to play.
I got suxx0red into a committee, for events on this game, of people who wanted their own forum and so I installed VB.
I think it would look really cool if I could essentially "clone" the look of the official site, minus the flash banner of course, I don't think it's possible to take that :/

How hard would this be to do?
Anyone know where I could find someone with those skills if it is possible?

FYI, do a little research and youll find you could snag that flash banner as well
