How to that with bbcode menager?

hello i try to do something with bbcode menager, its just table with two options:
tag should look like:
[tag=http://picture.jpg]text[/tag]
effect:

Can somebody help me with that,please?

Thank You, but, if You can, tell me what should be in "tag:" field?
I did like that:
[tag={option}]{param}[/tag]
but still not working
