Making forum home Last post column larger?

Can't really explain it too well, so I made these pictures to try and help.

I want to go from this:



to this:

Go to forumhome_lastpostby template

At the very top add:

<table cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" border="0" width="250"><tr align="$stylevar[right]">
<td>

And at the very end, add:

</td>
</tr></table>

And adjust width="250" to fit your needs

Now that the last post column is extended, the text still cuts off as if it werent, so it ads the ... How can I make it show more characters.

No problem
