Admins Post HTML only?
Is it possible to setup my forum so that administrators can post html code only? I know there are some risks in involved with letting anyone post html in a thread right? I would just like to be able to format my posts with tables etc?

That's not a real solution. You can't edit your posts with HTML without the HTML disappearing. The only "solution" to this is entirely disabling the WYSIWYG editor.
I really wish it would be updated to fix this.
