Can you have it so that its only applied to certain usergroups?

I was wondering what happened to this. There was a thread about this and we never heard back from you.

I think the ultimate product would allow you to set usergroups, what punctuation you can block, and how much punctuation until it starts getting limited.

And of course applying this to more than thread titles.
