Extra Reply Button Question

Group,

I am looking for a way that I can add a small Reply button that does not quote next to each post or reply in the forums next to the small quote button.

I am also looking for a way to add a small quote button in the private messages next to the small reply with quote button and change the small reply with quote button in the private messages to NOT quote and only reply.

Does anyone know what code i would need to use to accomplish this?
