Disabling Subscription Via PhpMyAdmin

Hello ,

Can Someone please Guide me to disable Subscription Via PhpMyAdmin for Vbulletin, I have turned it off via the panel but since its integrated with another application : its not stopping to send mails to the users on new posts.
