[Question] How to round table corners with images?

I've tried to do this (as can be seen on image) but couldn't manage to do it correctly, there were some template errors on my site. I'm asking how to round corners of vBulletin tables with images, on forumhome especially.

For example, I want to make categories stand alone (with spacing between them) and have rounded corners.
