BBCode Modification Request

Ey everyone,
I am searching for a really long long time for a propper BBCode Modification
for vBulletin 3.6.5. I need the option that certain usergroups can not see or
use any BBCode. Now there are a lots of hacks that does the not use part,
wich is actually useless on 3.6.5 because it is already a standard. But the option
to disallow certain groups from seeing bbcodes has not be invented only for 3.x
and the closest thing to that is this.

So I want to request a modification that disallows certain groups from viewing
and using BB-Code. And when it's even possible to replace the BB-Code with
a custom message (example: Your unlicensed like on vBulletin.org). Then that
would be great. I am even willing to pay you some money via PayPal.
