Credit/Money system for vBulletin!

I was wondering what my options are for what I need.

I am creating a forum for people to play for money on video games. I need something like a credit system. People will be able to buy credits which they can use to enter tournaments and they can bet with other people with them. I just need something where they can buy them, submit them for tounaments, and give them to other people when they lose. Oh and be able to cash out with them. If anything as long as they can buy them and send them I think this will work.

I know vBux is down and I have heard of the new one that the guy is charging like $70 for but I don't know if they'll work or if there is anything else.

If there isn't I would be willing to pay for someone to design me something like this.

Nexialys has released a basic modification for this, currently in Beta stage i think.
