small problem

Well the admins are having no problem with this but the regular users seem to be facing it, I have tried looking around in the options but its futile.

Don't really understand why this is occurring.

Did you check this field: Maximum Characters in Signature Including BBCode Markup?

In the Usergroup Signature Permissions
