How do I do this?

I tried, like an idiot, to remove vbPlaza/Arcade. Now nothing works. Is there a way to rebuild my database tables and reinstall the board from scratch then load my users and posts back into the system using a backup I did before I starting doing major surgery.

When you say 'nothing works,' what do you mean by that? That's a pretty vague statement...

while I do admit it is pretty vague, I also admit it was an overstatement. the board 'works' in that is shows up, but I get parse errors because the global.php is looking for vbPlaza templates and I can't sign in to the admin cp. I haven't tested the posting system, but all the messages show up. I was thinking of starting from scratch because I think it would be easier and just reload my posts, users, and forums. I'm just not entirely sure how to go about doing that.

To troubleshoot this, please remove any hacks and disable your plugins, then see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php

define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);

If so, reupload all the original vB non-image files (except install.php). Make sure you upload these in ASCII format and overwrite the ones on the server.

If your problem still exists, please create a new Style with no Parent set. Now browse the forum using this new style.
