Where do I put a piece of CSS code I made for a custom menu?

I made a CSS code for a tabbed menu. Now where do I stick that CSS code?
I know I can put the HTML in the header, but the CSS I dont know.

In your Main CSS -> Advanced CSS which is all the way on the bottom.
