i am looking to make my forum index page look like these forums

can anyone help me on how to do this? i can not find any posts on how to do such a thing

what i mean is where is display as columns option and how do i add a specific icon for each forum?

where can i find the forums displayed in columns option in my VB admin panel?

There is no such setting, that would take some template modification.
