Re direct forums open in new page?

vBulletin version 3.6.5 . I am creating re-direct forum style links and I was wondering if there is a way to get them to open up in a new page. I would like the forum to remain open.

Also, is there a way to get rid of this? And kind of make it blend in?

Make the background white or change the text to "Re-direct to Site"?
