Hi,
I've got a big community on Vbulletin 3.5.4 (about 166000 users), now I added new fields required for the user profile and I want to redirect every user to edit this fields, if they didn't it, before logging in. Someone knows how can I do this? Thanks, is very important. Peppe

Before logging in? Impossible!
Upon logging in you can force them to edit the new field, but i think that only works on vB 3.6 as there have been some improvements to this. (not 100% sure if it will not work on 3.5). |

If it's impossible I think to to edit the code, check for empty fields in profile, if they are empty I will redirect the user to profile edit page. What do you think about?

... upgrade your server then... i think it worth it, and the new changes in vB 3.6 are worthing every penny you will have to pay for your new host... when you have a large forum, you have to invest to make it work perfect!

If you are on a dedicated server, then i can not think of many reasons that would prevent you from upgrading PHP to a supported version.
