Does anyone know if there is a way to hide the "View Source" feature or code in Vbulletin to keep my members from viewing the code?

You COULD disable right clicking

There is no way you can hide your source code. Disabling right click won't stop a user viewing source from the toolbar, and even then, Javascript functions can be bypassed by simply disabling it in the browser.

Your browser downloads it so it can display the page. No source = no page.
