I'd like to change ONEsub-forum icon to a custom one

Any ideas how I'd do it? Been looking all day at hacks, but none seem to offer that function.

I have a vids sub-forum and I'd like to add a little Windows Media Player icon

as its statusicon.

It's the video archive icon I'd like to change.
