I am getting this mystery text at the bottom of my pages frequently. Anyone seen this before? And if so how do I correct it... goto and click on any link to reproduce the mystery text... http://americanrealestatenetwork.net -- THANKS!

Try to disable all your hacks, one by one. Then check wich is causing that problem.
