Sub-menu & YouTube BB code

I have created a new YouTube BB code and it works just fine...
But when I am watching the youtube video and I click on the navigationmenu, the submenu dissapears behind the YouTube video.
So the menu isn't fully vissable because it's behind the YouTube video.

How can I fix this problem?
