And another Template Modifiction

This Modifiction adds a box below of the navbar with welcome message.
It's very nice, and easy to install

Installation

Edit the FORUMHOME template.

because guests are not meant to see the code, when its in the code tags guests cannot see it, Unregistered are not allowed to view code or download hacks m8.... Also Staff will only tell you to anyway...

What would having your forum in Hebrew have to do with seeing how it would look? I'm curious because I'd really like to see a screenshot of how the box looks, not necessarily the language.
