Well, I went to the U.S. Army recruiting station this morning and spent almost 4 hours filling out paperwork and talking to a recruiter and whatnot again, and I'm FINALLY (since my foot healed back up) on my way to joining the Army

. I've tried joining since 2000 (I think) and it's finally time

. All I have left to do is take the ASVAB (AGAIN!!! I've taken it prior but my injury ++++ed everything up), and take the physical which really sucks

. I'm pretty much positive I'm in since I've passed the ASVAB 2 times already and passed the physical last time so its time to get everything done now

they are making you take the ASVAB again?...the ASVAB scores are good for life...there is no reason you should have to take it again...interesting

Yeah, if I remember right, the scores are only good for 4 or 5 years, same with the physical.

Yup...just looked it up...the score is good for life AFTER you join

Congrats. If you had this long to think about it and still signed up then it sounds like you know what you're doing. Good luck with the training, don't stress over it too much.
