Hi,

I have members complaining of annoying popups. I never installed them. How do I remove them?

It could be your hosting provider if you haven't installed anything that would do that.

Its not vBulletin.
And theres no option in vBulletin standard that does that

You could have installed something or installed a simple template edit that could be doing that

I am trying to understand whether Smoothie's blaming vBulletin or not.

I've been here and with vB for almost 6 years. I know better.

I meant the original poster says he didn't install anything that would cause this and I say thats not quite right.
