Ticket System for vb 3.6?

I was looking at the modifications for vb 3.6 but I didn't find anything that involved ticket systems. I really need one because I'm getting 100's of emails about how to do this and that and I haven't got time to reply to all of them.

If someone can provide me with a direct link, it will be appreciated.

i looked at vbsupport but then discovered that it wouldnt work with 3.6.5.

if anyone has a fix or an alternative let me know

have you looked at http://visionscripts.com/?page=products&vsproductid=10

it's a bug tracker, not exactly a private ticket manager...but it might work for what you need? (not sure...but i think all 'bugs' are publically viewable (might be a setting for it though))

Our bug tracker can be used as a private ticket mananger too. There is such function.
