preventing regestration of name anonymous

I need to prevent users from registering the name "anonymous". I cant use the vbulletin "badnames" function because I want to allow guests to post as anonymous in some forums.

Can anyone tell me what file I need to alter and the approximate code that would do the trick?

Thanks
