anyone can help on this speech bubble?

I am trying to convert the forum to be more like web 2.0 style.
And I think this speech bubble is really nice.

Since I only have some programming experience of ASP, but not PHP.

Can any kind one can help me to design a template for the thread like this style?

pretty much like a blog. but when people click on the name, still the ajax profile menu will come out. It will be super super cool!
