Automatic url masking ?!

Hello

Anyone knows of a tool that enables automatic url masking in vb 3.6.4 ?!

I mean: If I put in the editor:

http://www.*****.com

and submit the post, the links should be like this:

http://www.myforum.com/www.*****.com

but of course leads to www.*****.com

I don't know if my idea is clear!
