Is there anyway that I can change the font size of the forum titles on the main forum index? I have looked in the style templates but not quite sure what I am looking for

Edit the navbar template, then add a style definition to your title.

Will that change the font of all the forum names on the main index page?

Also i'm a bit baffled as to what a style definition is any help is appreciated.

But wait. What you exactly mean with "forum names on the main index"? Could you do a screen?
My first solution was about the forum name in the navbar.. if you're loking for change the forum listing names, the solution is different.

For change that, you will need to edit the CSS of your style: AdminCp -> Styles & Templates -> All style options -> Go.

It should be the .body CSS.
