Is it possible to ban a user via cookies? so even if they sign up using a different user they still will be prevented due to their computers Cookies?

He still can delete cookies. It's not a good idea.

You can ban IP, and then use AE IP Detector (do a search).

i understand that, i have the AE detector etc, but i just want an additional cookie ban option if theres one out there...
