V3arcade - users logged out on score submission ???

Hi everyone,

I am in desperate need of help as I have a new community and BETA tests have shown a problem.

I'm running VB 3.6 and v3arcade is a major part of what we want our site to be.

We are finding that registered users are playing games in the arcade and then upon score submission ~ they are somehow being logged out and are then seeing our default message to unregsitered users:
"Unfortunately your score hasn't been added to the leaderboard because you're not registered on the site. Once you register, your scores will be saved!
Registration is quick, free and easy. Click here to register."

We have tried extending the amount of time a user is seen as logged in and active; I know there is the setting to logout inactive users but we've already looked at that...

If anyone would like to PM me for a link to our site then please feel free; I dont want to put the link up here as I dont want to be seen as spamming vb.org.
