Restricting available AdminCP options for mods/supermods

I know I've done this before, just can't seem to recall where I had to edit it.

I'd like to add some conditionals to the menu on my admincp to limit the actual menu dropdowns that they see. Where do I do said edits?

Edited for clarity: I want to restrict certain cpnav_xxx templates to only show for my own usergroup.
