Problem with post counts to play

Hi there, I have the post count set to 5 per day to be able to play in the arcade, only since I upgraded to the newest version members are able to play without the post count of 5.

All settings are set to post count 5 in the usergroup permissions in the arcade settings.

Can anyone help?
