Making Dynamic Ads with $thread[title]

Hi,

I wanted to know if I can assign a variable and echo it out in a template. From what I've heard, templates do not allow PHP. I want to be able to create ads based on the thread title.

Is there any way around this? Perhaps, can I make a product?
