LQQKING for a couple of add-ons

I have searched the add-ons, but not found what I am looking for. Any help is appreciated!

I am looking for an add-on that would allow an automatic thread delete on a predetermined date that could be entered when the thread is made.

I am also looking for an add-on that would allow me to make outgoing links look as if they were linking within my site. ie: http://dell.com/affiliateid would appear as http://dell.com if hovered over or properties checked, but would actually link to http://dell.com/affiliateid.

If these add-ons do not exist, who do you recommend I speak to about building them?

If they are available, could you link me to them please?

I downloaded VB_Affiliates, but think it's made more for tracking affiliates rather than my intended use.
