I changed my style's background, but there is still a strip down the sides of the forum about 20px wide that is not affected by me changing the background. The forum seems to have wings or something. I'm using the chestnut style, www.googlemapsforum.com. I attached a pic of the problem. Anyone know how I can get rid of those strips?

Yep, I found left.gif and right.gif and chopped them down to 4px wide so i retained the shadow effect as well as took my background all the way to the forum... Isee some background between the left/right.gif and the forum though
I've run into a problem, changing the width of my forum. The default is 950px, but if I change it to 80% then everything looks weird. How can I get the width to 80% and retain the look? |

Please, provide a screen, or I can't help you. Maybe is a defined style setting.

This is unrelated to that problem which I've fixed, but I get a weird thing happening when I use any % other than 100% for my main table width. The first pic is when the default of 950px is used for the main table width. The second is with the 85% width.
