Mod for preventing illegible posts?

We have a lot of members that post using absolutely no punctuation, all lower case and run on sentences that turn into long posts that are painful to try and read.

Is there a mod that can detect when all lower case letters are used (i.e., "i" instead of "I"), no punctuation is used and certain slang words flag a post before being posted?
