How do I show subforums like this page?

Can you please help me display my subforums like this page rather than having the buttons/icons?

Edit forumhome_subforumbit_* templates.

Also, if you don't want the Sub-Forums: text to display, you need to edit the forumhome_forumbit_level* templates and remove / change the line that contains $vbphrase[subforums]
