Auction System on New Thread

Hi, i have an idea, actually i need it....

I was thinking to do it, but i'm not a programmer and i know only basics things about PHP (like if, else, while, echo, etc).
And much less i know about cron jobs.

So, i need an Auction System that be seemed to the Poll System of vBulletin.

Basically, an option on ADITIONAL OPTIONS for create a auction

And as a Poll, if the are marked the auction option, go to a second page where are the options of the auction. Using the attach system of a normal thread for upload pictures and generate thumbnails.

And when the auction is finished, show it like a Poll.....
I did this image faster because i haven't more time. But it shows the idea perfectly.
