How to schedule RSS Post Bot to post?

Hi.

How do I schedule the RSS bot thing to post under a username from an RSS feed daily? I did it in my vB 3.6.5 but like it's not posting anything...

Can someone please explain to me what I have to do?

It's not a plugin or whatever.

Assistance please?
