Hi,

I want to use some mods to create a website for my idea and I have clear view on how vbulletin will be used alongside some crucial mods.

I want to use vbadvanced and vbclassified to create a simple jobs site.

I have just started learning about vbulletin. and would love to make it look something like this. - http://www.healthboards.com

Can anybody tell me what materials I have to study to achieve that kind of proficiency in vbulletin ? btw, i know a little html and thats just about it.

or if possible, how much would it cost to pay for design service such as that site. and how do i look for affordable and good vbulletin designers ? (very limited budget, i'm a student !)
