Change name color on x posts

If someone could make a hack where someone could change their name color on a predefined number of posts, as you do with HTML markup, and make it in the adminCP, that would be great. Thanks again.

Just set up promotions so that once they reach a certain post count they will be transfered to the usergroup with the appropriate HTML markup.

I was actually wondering if it could be made so that the user themselves could set their name after a pre-defined number of posts.
