We have a couple of forums for jokes and general waffle, but I want any new posts here to NOT show up when users search for NEW POSTS.

What would be the best way to achieve this?

Any help would be appreciated!

Forum Manager > Edit Forum > I can't remember the exact setting, but it's soemthing about indexing it in search or something...

Actually that doesn. t seem to work...

But sorted it by sticking "&exclude=X" (where X is the forum ID) after the search.php?getnew bit.

It should work... might need to update the search cache though... not sure...
