Infraction points when deleting posts

Hi,

If I delete posts from a user, I want to be asked while deleting how much infraction points the user should get.
Means in the window, where it asks if I want to make a "soft delete" or a "physically remove", I want to have the option to give this user infraction points.

Any help?
