Events Manager with Register for Event & Ranglisting

I will make an event. Like Game. And I need some Modifications for vBulletin. I will pay for it.

I need Event Manager like this site :

Here must be able that the Loged User can register for some event.
And the Admin must have an List with Registred Users for this event.


I think I need Point System which Points only can be changed by the Admin.
and Ranglistning like this :

And with Registration of normal User I need 2 more Profile Addons Name and Surname

I will pay for it. Please say someone if this is possible and his price for this addons.
