Posts don't update unless clicking on Modifiy

I'm trying to use an external form located on the same server than my forum. This form updates data (in an existing forum's post) in a table I have created within my forum database.

The problem is the data is not updated when I go to verify the forum's post. If I click on Modify the post, I see the data that was updated from the form.
What's wrong? What dis I forget?

Any idea?

vbulletin seem to act really dfferently than other softs dealing with cache by having their own system. We tried to go over this and did not find any solution yet.

We had this in place when we were using IPB and did not have any problems at all parsing the results.

It looks like it's very hard to find some kind of support here as well.
