Icon with date indicating IF and WHEN I have read a thread

Hello all.
I am looking for a way for a member to know IF and WHEN they have read a thread. Then I am looking for the ability for members to view their own historical list of threads that they have read, from most recent to oldest. Example of the fields displayed:

• Date last read
• Thread name
• Forum name (path)
• Date thread created
• Thread Author

Does this exist? I know there is a hack for WHO has read a post, but this is overkill for me. Personally, I just want to be able to know if I HAVE READ IT and WHEN.
